The National Broadband Plan: A Roundtable Discussion

The FCC's adoption of its March 16, 2010 National Broadband Plan and a recent court decision regarding the FCC's jurisdiction over broadband services has sparked vigorous debate as to whether and how to promote the development of highspeed wireline and wireless broadband. Major differences exist as to financial, technological, and legal issues.

Keynote speaker at the Roundtable is BLAIR LEVIN, head of the FCC team that developed the National Broadband Plan. He will be joined by a number of other stakeholders and experts, including:
