Where are the smartphones of yesteryear?

In March 2009, Apple's iPhone was No. 1 among the top 20 smartphones in Millennial's network, with a 5.82% share. In June 2011, 10 quarters later, the iPhone was still No. 1, with a 16.19% share. Research in Motion's BlackBerry Curve is also there, No. 3 in 2009 and No. 2 in 2011. Not a big surprise. What's striking is that not one of the other 18 smartphones in the 2009 list -- not the Samsung Instinct (No. 2), not the T-Mobile Sidekick (5), not the Palm Centro (7), not the LG Dare (9) -- survived to make the 2011 list.
